Once USPS received the package(s) from Manila Candle, Manila Candle is not liable for shipping delays.

Manila Candle does not have any control over any shipping mishaps cause by USPS, such as: lost packages, damaged box, etc. We will try and resolve issues caused by USPS but it is not guaranteed.
